Most of the features are in the Theme Options administration. After running the theme here for a while and working out the bugs I'm hoping to release it into the wild. There will be an optional "features" box at the top of the home page. Plus a lot of the things people might want to customize with a theme will be configurable so you don't have to much with the PHP code as much. Thanks!
